Giving Merlot a Good Name, 2006 Dry Creek Valley Merlot

A rich wine in a smooth mouth, with highly desirable cherry and chocolate flavor notes; quite quaffable. A very nice wine, and even better value at $19, from Dry Creek Vineyard.
